Healthcare workers have been disproportionately affected by Long-COVID due to their increased exposure in the workplace. Special Leave With Pay for healthcare workers who can no longer work because of LongCOVID is due to end on June 30th, 2023. The Government has still not announced a plan to provide continued support for them beyond this date. We must continue to support these heroes who risked their lives to save others.
